No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of an appointment.
As a small business, we’re heavily impacted when a client cancels late or doesn’t show up because their time slot can no longer be filled by someone else. If you’re unable to make an appointment, we ask you to kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. This gives us an opportunity to fill the empty space.
For all online and in-clinic appointment reservations, we reserve the right to charge a no show/late cancellation fee of 50% of the missed/late cancelled appointment.
Online booking clients must pay a deposit to secure their appointment, this deposit will pay for half of the treatment. If a late cancellation or a no-show appointment occurs, you’re not entitled to a refund for the deposit.
New clients who walk into the clinic, call, or email to make an appointment will also be required to make a deposit to reserve an appointment. This will be sent in an email with a link to pay (you’ll then have 24 hours to pay before the booking will be cancelled) or you can pay at reception at the time of booking.
Clients owing for previous late cancelled/no show appointments need to clear this debt before being able to book another appointment.
If you move or cancel an appointment with appropriate notice, the deposit will automatically appear on the rescheduled appointment. If cancelled, it will appear as a credit on your file (please note deposits are non-refundable).
Wedding Bookings terms and Conditions
A non refundable booking fee of 20% is required to book a wedding or special event. This will then come off your final invoice.
Booking fees are strictly non refundable and non transferable.
PLEASE NOTE booking fees must be paid within 7 days to secure your date otherwise your date will be passed onto the next enquiry.
Only when the deposit payment confirmation is received into our nominated account will confirm and lock in your selected event date subject to our booking policy.
The remaining outstanding balance is due to be paid within 7 days before the wedding day.
To book us we require a booking to be a minimum of 3 people.
-For all cancellations your deposit will be forfeited unless Heather cancels due to health and or family commitments then a full refund will be paid within 10 business days.
If for any reason a member of the bridal party or guest pulls out, the pricing will not be altered due to loss of earnings. Your balance owing will remain the same as per invoice. Extra guests may be added subject to availability.
I understand the distress Covid 19 is causing brides. If you are needing to postpone your date due to Covid, I will transfer your date ONCE at no extra cost. If you need to postpone for a second time, I will charge half of the original booking fee of 10%. If you decide to cancel completely it will be strictly non refundable. Please understand as this is my full time job and is a small business I’m trying to run through such difficult times.
The following cancellation fees apply if notification of booking cancellation is received:
More than 14 days prior to booking date = Loss of deposit
7 to 14 days prior to booking date = 50% of invoiced amount
Less than 7 days to booking date = 100% of invoiced amount. Notification of cancellation will be required in writing.
All prices are subject to change without any notice. All invoices issued to clients who have already paid a deposit before a price increase occurs will not be affected. All deposit payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable. This also applies to weddings that have been cancelled for personal reasons.
An early morning start fee of $50 will be applied for bookings before 6.30am.
Heather charges 0.80 cents per km for travel by car outside of a 25km radius, Other fees which may apply are ferry tickets, taxi's, flights, accommodation or parking.
Travel fees are calculated by time and distance and you will receive a quote once location is known. An accurate address must be provided when filling out your application form.
I recommend having your trial 1 month before your wedding date, please note that I book up quickly so we advise you to make the appointment for your trial sooner rather than later to avoid missing out.
You may book a trial before paying a deposit, however this will not secure your wedding date. Should a client wish to pay a deposit for the same date, that payment will be accepted and we will advise you that date is longer available.
Trials are $100 to trial one look. Please allow 1.5 hours for this.
If you wish to bring along someone to your trial, that is fine but please limit to 1 person.
Please bring along any items that might be of interest such a colour scheme, theme, bridesmaids colours.
Please have your face free of make-up to ensure you get the best trial and adequate trial time.
ON THE WEDDING DAY
I allow 45-60 minutes per person on the wedding day, this is dependent on the look chosen, I like to do the bride second to last on the day.
If everyone could please have their faces washed and moisturised that morning I can start with a nice clean canvas, be sure that mascara has been removed thoroughly and where possible get eyebrows shaped a few days beforehand.
We aim to have everyone’s make-up finished 60 minutes before your departure time, this allows enough time for you and your bridal party to finish getting ready and final touch ups before I leave.
On the wedding day we would like to take a few photos for our social media.
We would love to see some of your professional photos from your photographer if you’d like to email them to us along with a testimonial for our website.
